We value the time we spend with each patient and reserve appointment times to provide the personalized care you deserve.
We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another patient the chance to have access to their needed dental care. If you miss an appointment without notifying our office within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, this may also be considered a missed appointment and a cancellation fee could be charged.
A $50 fee will be charged to you and you will be soley responsible for paying this fee.
We understand that there are unexpected circumstances that may come up less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Fees and policies are subject to review by the doctors at Lakeside Dentistry.
Please know that these policies are in place as a courtesy to our team, other patients, and yourself. Our office offers many different services and late cancellations may prohibit us from being able to provide necessary services to other patients.
